The Living Rivers Europe’s NGO coalition is concerned that the upcoming strategy will lack the needed tools to make Europe truly water resilient.

The European Commission is currently finalising a strategy to make Europe more water resilient, responding to the growing urgency of droughts, floods, pollution, and freshwater ecosystem degradation across the continent.

The Living Rivers Europe NGO coalition is concerned that the upcoming strategy will lack the necessary binding commitments, dedicated funding, and governance tools.
