Hi, I’m Alessandra. I’ve been living in Brussels for the past two years, working on European projects focused on sustainability and research.
My background is in philosophy, European affairs and international relations, and over time I’ve developed a strong interest in sustainability, global justice and the relationship between people, nature and other living beings. I’m also currently pursuing an MBA in Sustainability and Innovation, as I really enjoy continuing to learn and explore this field.
At Wetlands International, I support the team with research and analysis on EU environmental policies and legislation, as well as monitoring developments across EU institutions. I contribute to drafting policy briefings, supporting engagement with EU stakeholders and Delegations, and helping showcase the work of Wetlands International offices worldwide.
I’m really glad to be part of the team and to contribute to such an important mission.
Outside of work, I love photography and spending time with my dogs.
