Ahead of World Peatlands Day taking place on the 2nd of June each year, Wetlands International Europe aims to celebrate this day, a few days in advance.
Join us on Thursday 30 May at 6PM in Flagey, Brussels, to celebrate peatlands thanks to stories, music and arts. The evening event will feature a photo exhibition, piano concert and a sound performance, inspired by peatlands stories, with the aim to raise awareness about peatlands and inspire action for their protection and safeguard.
Join us with your family and friends! The doors will open at 18h30 the concert starts at 19h30. The event will run approximately for two hours and drinks will be accessible in the Flagey bar.
Tickets are available on the Flagey venue website – 25 euros + 1 euro of fees. In case places are sold out, you will be informed via the registration website.
Note that although art is a universal language, the event will be in English.
