My position as Carbon Policy Officer entails advocating for the critical role of wetlands as carbon sinks within the framework of European climate policy. At present, my focus is monitoring the formulation of the EU Carbon Removal Certification Framework. Concurrently, I am nearing the completion of my master’s degree in soil science, where my primary research revolves around the productive use of rewetted peatlands. In my free time, I like to swim.
